You can find Liz hiking mountain trails with her two daughters, their dog, and a gigantic backpack full of snacks… or running long distances across national parks with her wife.
In Liz’s senior year in college, her lacrosse team beat the same team that had bumped them out of the NCAAs for the previous 3 years to win the National Championship.
Liz loves singing (and might have a bit of a skill gap).
Bio
In her role as CEO, Liz (she/her) keeps our foundation true to its values and on course towards its vision. A Denver native who was raised in a family that deeply values education, Liz gets the most joy and energy from engaging with our grantees and learning more about the communities they serve. Liz’s time at Margulf follows a deep commitment to improving education opportunities for youth through her time as a teacher, school leader, coach, and education policy advisor.
